Adjustment Transaction Type List

The Adjustment Transaction Type List page allows authorized users to view a list of all existing adjustment transactions types, add new adjustment transaction types, or edit or delete existing types. Adjustment Transaction Types provides the ability to define and categorize corrections to payment and billing adjustments.

To access the page, go to Maintenance > Financial Management > Miscellaneous Billing > Adjustment Types.

The default sort order is by Adjustment Type Code (in alphabetical order), followed by Balance Type (in alphabetical order). Clicking a hyperlink in the Adjustment Type Code column in the list opens the Adjustment Transaction Type page where you can edit the adjustment transaction type information.

If needed, click Refresh to repopulate and update the list to include any changes other authorized users may have made. 

Add an Adjustment Transaction Type 

To add a new adjustment transaction type click New. To edit an existing adjustment type, click the Adjustment Type Code hyperlink to open the existing record.

Delete an Adjustment Transaction Type

To delete an adjustment transaction, select it in the list and click Delete.

The Delete button is hidden or disabled if you do not have the appropriate security permissions. If you are authorized, when you click Delete you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

Print the Adjustment Transaction Type Listing

To print a list of all adjustment transaction types, click Print. Click OK to submit the Adjustment Transaction Type Listing to myReports. This Print button is hidden if you do not have the appropriate security permissions.
